• a plenary session that commences the proceedings on 10 June 2010
• panel sessions on 10 and 11 June
• a summary plenary session on 11 June 2010
• exhibition on 10-11 June 2010
• It is held during ITM, the largest trade show of modern technologies in the New Europe (8-11 June 2010)
