Please be advised that both events require a valid accreditation issued at the point of accreditation in the East Entrance (Głogowska street) from 9th to 13th of June, 9 am -5 pm. In order to obtain accreditation you should send an e-mail to malgorzata.kolczynska@mtp.pl or press@mtp.pl with your name, surname, father’s name, the name of editorial office, office phone number, e-mail address, Social Security Number and press card number.
Please send this information no later than on the 10th June 2011, till 9.00 am, otherwise this will result in a lack of accreditation on 14 June 2011.
On this day, permanent press accreditation previously issued is not valid.
There will be standard accreditation rules from 15th till 17th June. You can collect your accreditation in the accreditation points, from 9.00 am to 4.30 pm, in the East (Głogowska Street) and North Entrance (Bukowska Street).
Please note that Press Centre in Pavilion No. 10 will be closed to the media on the 14th of June. All the journalists are welcome to collect press materials in the fair offices – pavilions no. 3 and 5.
Press Centre in Pavilion No. 10 will be reopened from 15th till 17th June.
When collecting your accreditation please remember to show the identity document and a valid media identity card.
